- What kind of shirts do we print on?
All tees are 100% cotton. Cut to avoid mess. Durable double-stitched bottom hem and sleeves. Please note, lighter color combos will appear with a rustic look on the heather gray t-shirts (ie. powder pink). Keep in mind darker color combos look best on this particular t-shirt color.
- How do I pay?:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. Paypal account NOT required.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 48 hours of order placement. Please note all collars are hand sewn and may take 2-3 days to complete. All items ordered will be shipped together once order is completed.
- Shipping Method:
We ship using USPS First Class Mail at a flat fee of $2 no matter how small or large your order is. Your items will arrive in 5-10 business days. Priority shipping is available upon request for an additional fee of $2. Priority mail packages arrive within 2-3 business days of ship date. - I Need To Return My Item, What Should I Do?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 6 days of receipt and you will be issued a full refund minus the cost of shipping. No refunds can be given on custom orders as they are made and designed especially for you. We will however gladly allow you to exchange for something of equal or lesser value.
- I want my pet added to your photos page, what should I do?
Peachy! We'd love to add your furry pooch to the photos tab. Simply email us your photo as a jpeg file to cooper@furrytwang.com
- Tell Me About Your Totes and Bandannas.
Totes are 100% cotton and come in the following sizes: 15 1/2 inches in height and 14 1/2 inches in width. They are the perfect size for your furry friends goodies and make a dandy little 'going to grandma's bag". Bandannas come in white and are 100% cotton. Please see sizing chart to find the best fit for your pooch.

Tell Me About Your Collars.
Our collars are the newest addition to the Furry Twang line. They come in 3 sizes Small, Medium, and Large. We first print your chosen phrase onto 100% organic cotton ribbon, sew onto durable black nylon webbing, and hardware is applied. Our collars are double and even triple stitched in several pressure sensitive areas. While we stand behind our durable collars, no collar is indestructible. Please check your dog's collar frequently for wear and tear and replace when necessary. After purchase, the use of this collar is the customer's sole responsibility. Please use only for intended purpose.
- How Should I wash my Tees and Bandannas?
Machine Wash Cold. Turn tees inside out. No Bleach, No Fabric Softener. Tumble Dry Low.
